How to make a Windows 7 Anytime Upgrade

Windows 7 Anytime Upgrade is a system that allows you to switch from one edition of Windows 7 to another higher (eg. From Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 7 Ultimate) keeping the system intact, preserving all files, installations and data of User and adding only the new features through a simple application that will download everything from the Internet and install it on your system.
