Pine A64: The super computer from $15 is already a success
Presented in crowdfunding on Kickstarter, Pine A64 wants to enter the market dominated by Raspberry Pi with a more powerful and competitive on prices.
It was a dream for entire decades to have a real computer in your pocket, and now dream has become reality. It is certainly not a ” super computer “, as it announces the design team, but still a great novelty in the sector.
Among the technical specifications, we find a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 1.2GHz, the same we can find in the mid-range of smartphones, combined with a Mali GPU MP2, 512MB of RAM and a slot microSDXC storage. Pine A64 supports, according to the manufacturer, video playback at 4K UltraHD via HDMI port, and can be connected to an additional module to connect to Wi-Fi networks.

The first deliveries of the computer will take place in February as the country has now eclipsed its initial target set at $ 31,416. There are still 44 days to the end of the campaign, and the team has already raised nearly $200,000 with Pine A64, which is right now a huge success.
