Fender, name known in the musical instrument industry, presents Fender Pro In-Ear Monitors (IEM’s), his first line-up of in-ear headphones consists of five models with prices ranging between $99 and $499.
The Fender brand went to hit the headlines over the years to appreciate and articulate catalog of guitars, basses, and audio amplifiers. The higher-end models can benefit from the technology Digital Hybrid Technology (DHT) models, which ensures optimum adaptation to the ear, others integrate the patented Hybrid-tuned Dynamic Balanced Array (HDBA) can enhance the sound, ensuring a reply full frequency and powerful low frequency range – this, at least, is what the manufacturer says.

- FXA5 : frequency response from 19Hz to 21kHz, 120dB @ 1mW, impedance 36-ohm +/- 10% @ 1kHz, noise reduction up to 22 dB, DHT technology, available with silver metallic finish and metallic black.
- FXA6 : driver from 9.25 mm, frequency response from 6 Hz to 22kHz, 109dB @ 1mW, impedance 16-ohm +/- 10% @ 1kHz, noise reduction up to 22dB, HDBA technology, available with metallic red finish and metallic black.
- FXA7 : driver from 9.2 mm, frequency response from 6 Hz to 24kHz, 110dB @ 1mW, impedance 16-ohm +/- 10% @ 1kHz, noise reduction up to 22dB, DHT and HDBA technology, 1/8 ” adapter 1/4″ and included acoustic filter, available with metallic gold and metallic black finish.
The Fender headphones will be available for purchase starting in March. It remains to determine the actual quality, to determine whether the company actually manages to offer the public an added value that goes beyond its historical mark.
