New Huawei charging base with 1 TB storage for the new Mate series
Huawei devotes a new accessory to those who are very careful about the security of their data by offering a charging base with a 1TB storage that offers an automatic backup.
Huawei wants to take care of the backup aspect under a new point of view; the company intends to launch a new accessory for the new smartphones presented in London last week (Huawei Mate 20 and Huawei Mate 20 Pro).
The devices have been released with an internal 128 GB memory expandable with the new Nano Memory, this will ensure the user to save a large amount of files inside.
The Chinese company, in order to safeguard the data of its users, intends to bring to the market also a portable ” hard disk ” with a capacity of 1 TB and exploit it as backup for your phone.
This accessory is shown as a wireless charger with a waterproof fabric lining for the upper part and silicone for the lower part; you can charge your Huawei Mate 20 or Huawei Mate 20 Pro smartphone via USB-C with 5V / 2A charging support that will not give you the opportunity to use the SuperCharge 40W technology.
Huawei has denied the use of an app to use the backup feature, stating that just plug in your Huawei Mate 20 or Huawei Mate 20 Pro and saving photos, videos and data will start automatically at high speed.
It is not known whether Huawei will extend support for this feature with other brands in the future. There is no information regarding the price of the product.
