RHA T20 Wireless in-Ear Headphones: With cable or without, but always with sound quality
RHA presented the new T20 Wireless headphones, an evolution of the model launched in 2015 that now has MMCX connector thanks to which it is possible to choose between a cable connection or not.
The headphone market is evolving in a clear direction: wireless. If the absence of cables has long been an element that distinguishes the headsets of the most well-known brands from the general public, in recent months they are increasingly also the brands mainly known to the audiophile public who are offering wireless versions of their products.
This is the case of the RHA T20 Wireless, a version with Bluetooth connection of the Scottish brand’s known headphones.
The RHA T20 were the highest-end RHA headphones and are still the second model after the top-of-the-range CL2 Planar. The T20 Wireless inherit most of the features of the cable model and are characterized by the presence of the MMCX connector.
The presence of this connector means that it is possible to use a large quantity of alternative cables available on the market, in addition to the two included in the package: on the one hand, the one that makes the wireless headphones, in a bow format to be kept on the neck, and from the another a more classic 3.5mm jack cable. The user can freely choose which one to use depending on preference.
The Bluetooth cable offers 12 hours of battery life, integration with voice assistants like Siri and Google Assistant and compatibility with the aptX codec. The T20 Wireless provides three filters to vary the frequency response, so you can focus on bass, mids or highs based on your personal preference.
