OneNote – Many new features on the iPhone and Mac

Yesterday Microsoft has released a major update for OneNote for the iPhone. The new version, 2.2.1 to be precise, introduces several, new and important, both as regards the UI for both functionalities.

OneNote for the iPhone, it now has a new layout, now fully in line with the design of iOS 7 and that of OneNote for iPad.

Microsoft has also added support to Office Lens, through which you can scan paper documents, the ability to create notebooks and tabs for the sections. Here’s the official changelog :

  • Section tabs – Now you can create, rename and delete sections quickly.
