Even Temple Run reaches one billion downloads

The franchise Temple Run exceeds the considerable sum of 1 billion downloads, counting the two episodes released on various platforms.

Angry Birds is not the only mobile franchise to have reached 1 billion downloads: also the developer Imangi Studios have announced that the series Temple Run has just crossed the threshold of the prestigious downloads online.

The considerable figure was reached by considering the results of both chapters of the saw, the first Temple Run and the second episode, also adding the download on all platforms that host the adventure game, but did not count the games derived from the franchise.

Numbers that bode well as far as possible and a long rumored film adaptation of Indiana Jones-style. The Imang also revealed some details about the audience of the app: 60 percent of all gamers are female, and the game is more popular in China, a market that accounts for 36 percent of all downloads. The next largest market is the United States, at 21 percent.
