After Arlo Ultra, which remains the top of the range with 4K, HDR and 180-degree field of view, Arlo presents the new Arlo Pro 3 video surveillance system. Arlo Pro 3 offers 2K resolution and High Dynamic Range (HDR), an integrated spotlight with color night vision and a 160-degree field of view. Furthermore, Arlo Pro 3 is designed to work both indoors and outdoors, to offer advanced image quality for do-it-yourself security and is easily installed in minutes.
Arlo Pro 3 also includes the new Smart Hub that safely manages network traffic to the camera, as well as improving its WiFi power and performance, for better battery life and battery life. Arlo Pro 3 can be monitored from anywhere using the Arlo app.
In addition, users will be able to customize their own user experience by adjusting notification settings to identify people, vehicles, animals or packages. Still using the Arlo app, users can easily view live streaming and recordings from their Pro 3 cameras.
Thanks to the 2K image quality, Arlo Pro 3 boasts almost 80% more pixels than its predecessor, which is a very important feature for a video surveillance system of this type. Thanks to the new image sensor Pro 3 can record video up to 2K of resolution with HDR, for details and clarity optimized both in light and in shadow and with a new wide-angle field of view of 160 degrees.
The Arlo Pro 3 wireless design includes a weather-resistant housing, which can be installed at any angle thanks to a magnetic support, or, for added security, with the aid of a screw support.
The Arlo Pro 3 includes a magnetic stand that allows users to easily and flexibly tilt their camera in almost any direction and on almost any type of surface, including walls, ceilings, tables, awnings and more. The new system includes a long-lasting rechargeable battery and a magnetic charging cable that can be used to power the camera directly.
Using the same Arlo Ultra accessories, Pro 3 users can further customize their configuration with convenient additional components such as the solar panel, long-lasting outdoor charging cables and a dual charging station designed to quickly and simultaneously charge two batteries.
An integrated siren can be activated automatically or manually via the Arlo app when movement or noise is detected, and with an integrated spotlight that illuminates the night, to ward off any unwanted guests.
Color night vision further differentiates Arlo Pro 3 from other conventional security cameras: it allows users to see what would remain hidden in traditional black-and-white movies. In addition, high-level bi-directional audio allows clear and natural conversations remotely, via the microphone and speaker integrated into the camera.
