Some of the producers engaged in the business of laptop for gamers today announced its solutions with this GPU; among these we remind the Taiwanese Asus, which with the model Asus ROG GX700 introduces for the first time a system of liquid cooling that takes care of to best dispose the heat produced by the CPU as much to the GPU.
The scheme of operation requires the presence of a docking station to which connect the laptop, equipped with an internal cooling system of a liquid pump and two radiators, which interfaces directly with the cooling system integrated into the laptop.
The latter uses a structure in heat pipes, which interfaces with the kit at liquid present in the docking station with a pair of connectors that allow the coolant to flow from the notebook to the docking and vice versa.
The principle of operation is two different levels: using the docking station you get the highest possible efficiency, good to push in both the GPU overclocking as the processor, while using the laptop only the integrated cooling system uses two fans positioned at the sides chassis to dissipate heat.
From the image, we can see the cooling system integrated into the laptop, with the various heat pipes that transfer the heat to the two sinks side in direct contact with the cooling fans. The docking station incorporates two radiators, each with dedicated fan, with the liquid cooling system that integrates directly with the notebook through a connection at the rear of the notebook.
