BenQ AQCOLOR P3 Thunderbolt 3 Monitor for professional design

BenQ unveiled the new DesignVue PD3220U, a 31.5-inch 4K UHD monitor designed for professional designers with 100% coverage of sRGB color space and 95% of P3, BenQ AQCOLOR technology, Thunderbolt 3 / DisplayPort / HDMI connectivity and Eye-Care technology.
Equipped with a 31.5″ IPS LED UHD panel (3,840×2,160) 4K with a density of 140 PPI, the BenQ PD3220U offers 95% coverage of the DCI-P3 color range and 100% of the sRGB and Rec. 709 standard. Verified by CalMAN for strict adherence to industry-leading color standards, the BenQ PD3220U’s proprietary AQCOLOR technology is supported by a custom factory color calibration that ensures color accuracy.
The chromatic performance of the BenQ PD3220U is optimized by HDR10 support and specific features for design professionals. CAD / CAM mode offers the excellent contrast for lines and shapes in technical illustrations; Animation mode improves the brightness of dark areas without overexposing the light ones and Darkroom mode optimizes the brightness and contrast of the image for low-light post-processing environments.
Finally, news that we find for the first time in the BenQ PD3220U, the M-Book mode accurately replicates the P3 color performance of iMac and MacBook / MacBook Pro devices often used by professional designers.
The BenQ PD3220U also allows video, audio, data and power connectivity, as well as a daisy chain connection between two monitors via Thunderbolt 3. Equipped with Thunderbolt 3, DisplayPort and HDMI inputs, the KVM function allows designers to view and control two PC, Mac or laptops from a single monitor and a single set of keyboard and mouse, simultaneously synchronizing USB and video switching.
The Hotkey Puck G2 at the base of the monitor’s OSD is equipped with three single-function and one rotary keys to allow users to assign them to the functions they use most. Furthermore, to protect designers’ eyes during long work sessions, the BenQ PD3220U is equipped with the Eye-Care system, complete with Low Blue Light and Flicker-Free technologies.
