Blackview BV9600 Plus: New rugged smartphone
Blackview has announced a new rugged smartphone, based on the success of the BV6800 Pro. Here are the features of the new model.
Blackview has made its way into the rugged mobile phone market with several low-cost smartphones, including BV9500 Pro, which has been, one of the company’s most successful commercial products. Precisely on the basis of its success, Blackview BV9600 Plus is born, the latest device of the Chinese company that is called ” tri-proof “.
According to the notes released by Blackview, the new BV9600 Plus has been improved on several fronts compared to other smartphones of the same family. Among the new features we find superior performance for CPU and GPU, thanks to the MediaTek Helio P60 octa-core processor with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of ROM. The smartphone will also integrate MediaTek’s NeuroPilot AI technology, and it should be more efficient in playing video games with increased autonomy and frame rate.
Blackview BV9600 Plus uses a 6.21-inch AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 19: 9 and frames ” ultra-reduced “, and has a particularly compact body in terms of size considering that it is a rugged device: the thickness is 9.8 mm, much less than the BV9500 Pro that was almost 2 cm.
The smartphone also adopts a double-glass design with metal frame in the center, and has a glass under-scan sensor that can be used to unlock the terminal and authenticate the owner.
This is a feature particularly sought after in the industry, carried in a rugged terminal that, official data in hand, looks very promising. To these specifications the smartphone combines different solutions to increase resistance to liquid and moisture intrusions, and is also resistant to acids and other chemicals.
It is a smartphone resistant to all the most common daily dangers: it can be used on the beach, as well as during a running session in the rain, or even during an excursion along a muddy path.
