Specific app for iOS (MiniStation Air2 – BUFFALO INC. – Free) and Android allow you to browse the documents on the MiniStation Air 2, view photo slideshows, stream movies and music, but also to copy files between your phone / tablet and the device, administer and monitor the status.

The USB 3.0 connectivity allows you to connect directly to the computer for backup or transfer data quickly, which can then be shared among several users, as it was a ” small ” portable NAS. Through Wi-Fi, a Web browser from a computer, you can browse the contents of the disk, upload and download documents, view, etc..
