Not everyone knows that you can easily create a pdf document with the Macbook without having to download any program and without the aid of an Internet connection.
Enough really just a few clicks of your mouse to have a good and ready (in any format iWork) file that you can use immediately.
1.) You first need to open an iWork document (eg, Pages, Numbers, Keynote …) which may be either new or already recorded on your computer and even be saved with the extension of Windows. If you wish to change it, you can do so safely, without any problem. The transition from normal to pdf file will come at the end, when you’ll have it reviewed and revised, and there you will save it or print it.
2.) So a time that your document will be ready to register, click on the File menu and then Print. A window will open where you will find all the information about the printer and the layout of the pages you want to print. Now if you look carefully at the bottom left, you will find a button that read PDFs, while on the right is rather Cancel and Print, respectively, with which you can cancel the operation or print.
3.) Well, well, press on PDF and in a moment you open another small window in front of you. Once opened you can choose to simply save the document as a pdf file, if you open a preview of your pdf (Open PDF in Preview), or send it directly with this format (PDF Send). By clicking register you can give the file a name, give it a title, the author, and even enter a keyword ..
