You should solve it quickly and without consequences.

1.) As I mentioned before, you may need to restore iTunes for many reasons, such as the downgrade of iOS (ie, the transition to a previous version of the operating system than the one installed) or the cancellation of iTunes, and get the error 3194. Do not panic, connect your device to your computer, be it a PC or a Mac, to access the hosts file, which you will need to edit a line.

2.) If you do not know how to find the host file, proceed as follows: on Windows, follow the path C :/Windows/System32/drivers/etc and you will see the icon of the hosts file; go to the finder and type / etc to Search Folder. You can also edit the hosts file with TextEdit, from the Mac terminal by typing sudo /Applications/TextEdit.app/Contents/MacOS/TextEdit /etc/hosts file. With the operating system Mac OS X, you open the terminal and type the following string: sudo nano /private/etc/hosts file.

3.) Just found the hosts file, open it with Notepad (or Notepad) and delete the line 74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com. Save the file and close. The error is generated by the fact that line in the hosts file on the server Saurik directs iTunes instead of those Apple.
