So say good-bye to old and faded films, but give new life to your memories, to preserve better and longer moments of life truly immeasurable.
Choose the program
Commonly, people tend to view the resolution as the crucial element that decides whether a video is good or bad because usually in a video game graphic setting or after downloading a video from YouTube and checking its setting, the resolution is a primary parameter that tends to change for better graphics.
The resolution affects the video quality, but also the bit rate and the encoder system is still important if you want to increase the video quality, especially for the latter, you can increase the video quality with an unchanged or even lower bitrate provided that you have a better encoder such as VP9 encoder and H265 encoder. You need to find a good HD video editor that can help you edit your video and make it brighter, sharper, or more colorful.
Select the video folder
An excellent program to improve video quality is Avidemux. If you have not yet installed it on your PC, connect to the Avidemux site to download it for free. Once downloaded, click on to start the classic installation procedure.
Follow the instructions in the guide, and once the installation is complete, start the program. On the main page, select the blue folder icon from the top menu to upload the video to be improved. From the Video pull-down menu, set the format you prefer to save the edited video such as MPEG-4 ASP (Xvid).
Also, from the Video menu, select the Filter item to choose from the various available filters those to be applied. The most effective ones can be found in the Noise section.
Choose the filter
Choose the filter to apply between Mplayer denoise3d, FluxSmooth, and Temporal Cleaner, click on it to set it according to your needs and then press Preview to preview the video with the filters applied.
Once you have verified that the best ones are acceptable to you, press Close. You will return to the main Avidemux screen where you can save the video by pressing from the File menu first Save and then Save Video. Choose the folder in which to save the video, give it a name and press Save not to lose the changes made.
