How to zoom the screen of iPhone and iPad
Apple is always very attentive to customers with special needs and for this reason, iPhone and iPad can be used without difficulty even by users with vision problems.
Directly from the settings, you can activate a zoom that allows you to enlarge the display and see everything more closely. You can use this feature anywhere: on the browser to better read an article, in the app or even on the home screen: in short, it’s like having a magnifying glass always at your fingertips!
How to activate the magnifying glass?
But how do you activate this magnifying glass, to zoom the screen? In reality, it is very simple and just follow the simple steps that we will show you below.
First, you need to open the Settings, then click on General and then Accessibility. Within this menu, you can find all the items designed by Apple for users with specific needs, including the item Zoom, which is what interests us.
Click on it and enable the first menu item, called Zoom: at this point, you will see our famous magnifying glass, ie a box that shows everything enlarged. You can move it by dragging it from the ” handle ” (the small rectangle) at the bottom, while to disable this zoom it is sufficient to click twice with three fingers.
But it did not end here, because this lens can also be ” personalized ” : while it is active, you can click three times with three fingers to open the settings, where you can also set the Zoom to full screen (which enlarges the entire screen), change lens size and also apply filters, including Grayscale, Inverted Grayscale, and Low Brightness.
