The review of new products introduced by HP includes an interesting full HD 8-inch tablet running Microsoft Windows 10, complete with keyboard and stylus. Here are the features of the HP Envy 8 Notes, designed for personal productivity.
A normal tablet, at first glance, so it appears HP Envy 8 Notes, but the intention of the company is the clear intention of going beyond, with great potential at the level of personal productivity.
We start from the technical characteristics: the screen is 8 inches with a resolution of 1,920×1,200 pixels with Gorilla Glass protection 3, while at the processor level, we find a quad-core Intel Atom Z8300 x5 operating at 1.44 GHz (1.84 GHz turbo mode).
Internal storage amounts to 32 GB in size NAND Flash, expandable via a microSD slot. We also find the camera back and front 5 Mpixel from 2 Mpixel, micro USB 2.0 port and a battery that promises to keep alive the device for 6 hours and a quarter.
It does not refer to the amount of RAM installed. It weighs 360 grams, while mention is also the slot for 3G SIM (in the US version there is also the LTE, but lack details for the European market).
To add value to personal productivity play several factors, including the adoption of Microsoft Windows 10, pen and especially a dedicated Bluetooth keyboard made of aluminum, called Envy Notes Keyboard Folio. The tablet can be inserted in the special compartment present in the keyboard both horizontally and vertically, making to take the form of normal notebook as small.
The tablet itself can be stowed in the bottom of the keyboard by sliding it into the guides. HP Envy 8 Notes is expected in November.
