With Spectre x360 range of convertible HP expands. It is a model with 13-inch display and resolution up to Quad HD; hardware configurations are available based on Intel Core i5 and i7; is also expected the HP Spectre Pro x360 with professional features.
HP also announced for the market the new PC convertible HP Spectre x360, designed with an aluminum chassis of superior and equipped with 13.3-inch display with a resolution of up to 2,560 x 1,440 px. For this model, HP has also paid attention to the mobility reaching the milestone of 1.49 kg weight and 15.9 mm thick.
In models with Quad HD resolution HP has integrated panels made with technology Panel Self Refresh (PSR) can offer better performance in terms of energy savings, while models with a resolution lower mountain IPS solution. On all panels is then applied the technology to ensure the multi-touch capabilities to 10 points.
There are several hardware configurations HP Spectre x360 based on Intel fifth-generation Core i5 and i7; the onboard memory is welded in quantities of 4 and 8GB and storage options are available with up to 512GB SSD.
HP Spectre x360 has a full-size HDMI port and a DisplayPort connector 1.2; also through the Wi-Fi module is possible to exploit the connection Intel Wireless Display to send the video signal to a panel equipped with the same technology. The Wi-Fi module provides support for the latest standard 802.11ac.
HP Spectre x360 is equipped with a special mechanical solution that allows you to rotate the display 360° offering four modes of use: laptop, booth, tent and tablets. In the laptop, mode can also be used on the keyboard backlight.
In addition to HP Spectre x360 is also announced HP Spectre Pro x360, the version for professionals in the range where we find all the features already available on the model described above, which adds the ability to choose between the operating systems Windows 7 and Windows Pro 8, plus a set of characteristics of service and support suited to the professional. HP Spectre x360 will be available from April 2015.
