Leica D-Lux 7: Here is the new compact model

Leica D-Lux 7 is the new model of the German brand that aims to be a camera that can be used in different situations. It was rumored for some time this possibility, but now it has finally arrived on the market revealing all the details. Here’s what you need to know.
The Leica DC Vario-Summilux 10.9-34 f/1.7 – 2.8 ASPH lens. of the new Leica D-Lux 7 has a variable opening that allows you to change from f/1.7 to f/2.8 while the focal excursion is equal to 24-75 mm (35 mm equivalent) of the non-interchangeable lens. With a view of this type, you can have a good freedom in creating the photographic shots focusing on portrait, landscape, architecture, macro and photojournalism.
The 4/3 sensor of the Leica D-Lux 7 has a resolution of 17 MPixel and regardless of the ratio selected (3: 2, 4: 3, 16: 9) the sensor should allow to maintain a good quality of realization. Autofocus can shoot up to 11 frames per second to try to capture even the fastest actions. Always in relation to the new features, with this model you can focus on an image in a chosen point even after taking.
The high-resolution electronic viewfinder of the Leica D-Lux 7 has a resolution of 2.76 MPixel while the rear screen has a diagonal of 3″ with a resolution of 1.24 MPixel. The latter is touch to use the user interface over that to perform different operations.
The camera can also record 4K 30 fps movies in both MP4 and AVCHD format and, as usual, it is also possible to take photographs during recording with a resolution of 8 MPixel.
It could not miss rich connectivity thanks to the connection with a smartphone via Wi-Fi. The Leica FOTOS app is also available, allowing you to take photos remotely, transfer them, edit them and share them. The dimensions of the new Leica D-Lux 7 are equal to 6.5 x 5.95 x 4.7 in while the weight is 1.75 pounds.
