Logitech G502 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse
The new version of the G502 offers two wireless charging modes: Lightspeed, based on an optimized end-to-end wireless connection; and Powerplay, which guarantees continuous recharge during game sessions.
Logitech G502 is a reference point in the gaming field, because it is considered by many players as the ideal solution for its ergonomics, for its low weight and for the efficiency of all the components.
Logitech has recently embarked on a path to make its gaming peripherals wireless, contrary to a historical prejudice of the sector for which wireless would compromise performance. The new strategy also includes the G502.
Logitech G502 Lightspeed retains the classic shape that made it popular and achieves a weight reduction of 7 grams. This version of the mouse also equips the latest-generation Hero 16K sensor capable of offering a tracking speed of over 400 IPS in the entire resolution range of 16,000 DPI.
According to Logitech, this sensor guarantees significantly higher-energy efficiency than previous generations and a reduction in peripheral weight thanks to a better relationship between size and battery performance.
The main buttons are equipped with a metal spring tensioning system, while the side handles are double injection and rubberized. In addition, the peripheral offers a system based on six adjustable weights, which allows the weight of the peripheral to be configured as desired.
The wheel is available in two modes: it can slide freely or lock in the position for scrolling in standard steps. You can switch from one mode to another quickly. Logitech G502 Lightspeed has a total of 11 freely programmable buttons.
The structural integrity is obtained thanks to a light internal endoskeleton that allows the use of thin and light 1.2 mm shell walls. The mouse also supports the wireless charging system owned by Logitech, Powerplay, which needs the special charging base and mouse pad sold separately. Powerplay ensures continuous mouse recharge even during game sessions. In addition, RGB Lightsync lighting is supported.
