Logitech Keyboard K480: A keyboard for three devices
Logitech has introduced to the market in September the new Bluetooth keyboard Multi-Device Keyboard K480, we have used it for almost a month. Immediately clean the area by misunderstandings: the keyboard does not come as much support in mobility to write comfortably with tablets and smartphones (though of course you can do it and in some cases it is also more comfortable), born rather to interact with smartphones, tablets and computers using a single input system. And for this, task is really an interesting solution.
Logitech Keyboard K480 – Descriptions
The Logitech Keyboard K480 is made of plastic, not rubber, and is not very light. It weighs about 820 grams, you know well that it is a burden far superior even to that of your tablet, probably. Evaluated so when you should really leave the laptop at home to use only tablet and keyboard, that instead lends itself much better to use permanent.
Logitech Keyboard K480 measure 2 to 30 cm thick in width and depth of about 20 and then with a format very different from that of normal keyboards (almost a 4: 3), the arrangement is the same so that you will find the keys in the same position of Qwerty keyboards, not only for the keys ALT and CMD shows both directions as you are used to find them on Windows computers, and as can be found on Mac computers. Everyone then feels at home.
You can not tilt the keyboard to increase the ergonomics. At the same time, we note that the keys have a significant stroke, pleasant for feedback and shaped specifically to accommodate the fingertips. A recess on the upper profile rubberized allows to place your tablet and your smartphone, with the inclination you prefer. In the case of second-generation iPad Air can safely add it even in its case basis, as it is. The same applies to the smartphone. The slot has a width of about 1.3 cm.

The Logitech Keyboard K480 is powered by two AAA batteries that are already inserted into the slot, once the package is opened. On the bottom of the keyboard just pull the safety tab, move the slider until you see the green, then depending on the device you want to pair with Bluetooth you press the ” i ” button for systems for iOS and Mac OS or ” PC “, Android, Windows, and ChromeOS for about three seconds.
The device in the Bluetooth configuration displays the keyboard, and you decide the pairing with the keyboard. On the bottom is also the LED that indicates the status of the battery charge. Obviously, you can use three devices. You will choose the one of the moments through the scroll wheel on the left with green piping. Nothing easier. By moving the selector decide without changing position on which tool you are writing.
In our test Logitech Keyboard K480, we especially enjoyed the speed and ease of configuration with immediate recognition devices and vice versa. The feedback of the keys is good, even for extended periods of use. We feel more like to recommend using multiple input device, without having to take and leave objects, rather than as a system of the portable keyboard for mobile workers and needs to move slightly. A solution still more specific for both needs would be the maximum.
