Meizu and Canonical announced Meizu PRO 5 Ubuntu Edition, presented as the most powerful Ubuntu Phone. And equipped with SoC Exynos 7420 Octa-core, display 5.7″ Full-HD LPDDR4 and 3GB of RAM. The pre-orders will start during the Mobile World Congress 2016.
Canonical, together with the partner network who have chosen to support its mobile platform, has managed to increase to five the number of Ubuntu devices presented in the last twelve months.
The latest model in order of time has been announced in the past few days and is developed in collaboration with Meizu. A distinctive feature: it is the most powerful of ubuntu Phone and best equipped of the market. The reference is to the Meizu PRO 5 Ubuntu edition.
The price has not yet been announced, but Canonical announced that pre-orders will start at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Who looks forward to the declination of the Ubuntu Mobile operating system it has new points of interest to examine the models that, in practice, allow you to try it. The Meizu PRO 5 is a high-end terminal with a respectable hardware.
