At the beginning of August, Nikon has decided to put on the plate a trio of new products for consumer audience: after the optical zoom for APS-C AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-140 f/3.5-5.6G ED VR is now the turn of the compact Nikon COOLPIX S6600. The aperture is not a miracle, with values f/3.3-6.3, but the lens-shift stabilization should come in handy when the light begins to run low.
But when the light is too much you can use an ND filter e-2EV. The machine takes pictures up to ISO 3200 Native (H1 6400 in boost mode) with different presets and creative filters. The videos can be recorded in Full HD resolution up to 1,920×1,080 30p.
