OS X and iOS of Apple operating systems with the most vulnerabilities of 2015
The data comes from the NVD, the National Vulnerability Database, and count vulnerabilities discovered on every platform in 2015.
According to a new analysis conducted by the CVE site Details on data from the National Vulnerabilities Database (NVD) is OS X software with more vulnerabilities discovered in 2015. The desktop operating system from Apple than Flash, which comes in second place, and is followed another software from Cupertino, IOS. Only in the twentieth position Android, the mobile operating system more ” vulnerable ” according to the most widespread opinions, while Windows 10 occupies the thirty-fifth position.
These data must nevertheless, be interpreted for what they are, that is, a mere numerical calculation, and do not represent actual ineffectiveness of a software with respect to another. Within NVD, we find all bugs (serious and less serious) known to each platform, those issued by the company, so it has some relevance the way it behaves according to each company to that effect.
