Plantronics Voyager 6200 UC: Its first in-ear noise-canceling Bluetooth headphones
Plantronics presented the latest evolution of its range of headphones for the professional market: the Voyager 6200 UC. They are in-ear headphones with Bluetooth connectivity and active noise cancellation.
The latest headset dedicated to professionals (but not only) of Plantronics takes the name of Voyager 6200 UC, and it is an in-ear headset with neckband. Its peculiarity lies in the active cancellation of noise and attention to quality of audio in call.
Not only that, it is also the first headset of Plantronics to present itself with the neckband and to be ” wearable ” – contrary to previous headphones, which were more ” classic ” in the format.
It is also the first in-ear Bluetooth headset (or in-ear) of company. There is active cancellation of noise that eliminates ambient noise, assisted by a high passive isolation that reduces sounds coming from the outside.
The Plantronics Voyager 6200 UC are equipped with four omnidirectional microphones that, thanks to the ” clear talk ” technology, allow to capture voice eliminating background noises. In this way Plantronics privileges professional applications precisely where clarity in communication is a priority.
The Voyager 6200 UC offers ability to connect up to 8 devices and stay connected simultaneously with two of them. The connection is via Bluetooth Class 1, which guarantees a wide range of action, and offers presence of codecs for listening to music.
Like the rest of Plantronics range dedicated to the professional sector, even the Voyager 6200 UCs are certified for main business communication applications: Skype for Business, Cisco Jabber, Microsoft Teams and so on.
The battery offers up to 9 hours of talk time and 16 hours of listening to music; this duration is sufficient to cover a whole working day and should meet needs of most professionals.
Plantronics Voyager 6200 UC can be purchased in black and sand, at a price of $220. The price appears high in relation to products intended for consumer market, but is in line with similar offers intended for professional market and with extra features not present on consumer products.
