Poptel P60: New rugged phone with 128 GB of storage

The new rugged phone is designed to challenge Galaxy S8 Active, and the manufacturer launches the challenge: at what price do you think it will be proposed?

Poptel says it is not worried about the challenge against Samsung and Apple with the new line-up of rugged smartphones, and in particular, it contrasts the new Poptel P60 with Galaxy S8 Active and Cat 61 in the segment of indestructible devices.

The company has released P9000 Max and P10 in the past few months, while the new model is on the market with two rear cameras, functionality of artificial intelligence natively integrated, and a great desire to challenge the giants of the industry.

Poptel P60 will come in three colors: black, green and orange, and will have all the certifications that guarantee maximum resistance. The smartphone has received the MIL-SPEC-810G certification for resistance to shocks, falls, liquids, extreme temperatures and adverse weather conditions, and also the IP-68 certification that certifies its resistance to liquids and powders. The new smartphone has a metal frame with plastic corners, reinforced edges and protective textures on the back.

On the front of the technical specifications, we have a 5.7″ display with Full HD resolution with Gorilla Glass protection, 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, and a MediaTek Helio P23.No lacking NFC and global LTE connectivity, while the rear camera implements 16 and 5 MP sensors with support for Artificial Intelligence and Slow Motion video recording software side, we find Android 8.1 Oreo, proposed with a proprietary customization. There are also two different authentication modes: via fingerprint sensor and via face recognition.

And Poptel launches the challenge: how much do you think it could cost a smartphone like that?
