Jide makes available to free download the version 2.0 of Remix OS for x86 PCs, thanks to which you can use a version of the Android operating system optimized for desktop use.
Jide Technology was the word and as announced a few days ago at the CES Las Vegas dl, released today (January 12) Remix OS Version 2.0 for PC x86.
For those who have not previously completed the events relating to Remix OS, please note that this is an operating system based on Android that could be useful to retrieve old PC or whet the curiosity of the most ” geeks ” eager to try the incarnation desktop mobile operating system of Google with an optimized version for use for this purpose.
To proceed to download Remix OS 2.0 on your PC is connected to the official website of Jide Technology. The file size 692.15 MB.
The minimum requirements for the use they are absolutely prohibitive just a USB 3.0 flash drive that supports FAT32 with a minimum capacity of 8 GB and a writing speed recommended to 20MB/s. The PC will have the option to boot from the USB device.
Steps to install include :
- Download and unzip the file (Direct link to download).
- Insert the flash drive into the PC Open Remix OS USB Tool and follow the instructions to create the bootable flash drive.
- Restart the PC Select ” USB Storage Device ” as a boot option in Legacy Mode.
- Or select ” Guest Mode ” or ” Resident Mode ” to start Remix OS.
